- Tiered Pricing Structure means you know your cost - our pricing structure lets you control your costs. If you are on a 10 GB plan and exceed the limit we will email or phone you to let you know. If the increase in size was by mistake, we can help you to adjust your backup selection and keep you on your current plan.
- Limits based on your file selection - our backup limits are based on the total amount of protected data on your computer. If you backup a folder with a total of 1 GB of files that is your protected data. Even if all the files in that folder are changing and you may have 10 or more versions of every file stored at the data center, the protected data is still only 1 GB. There is never a need to worry about the data center and how to manage your older files, deleted files or files you remove from the backup set.
- No extra fees - we do not charge any extra fees for setup or software and there are not contracts or commitments to worry about. Our support is always free and we can assist with setup, configuration and using our software.
